| Description | I have practiced Canadian tax law for over 20 years. When I moved to the Cayman Islands in 2009, I became a member of the Law Society of the Cayman Islands and ceased practicing Canadian tax law. I relocated back to Canada in 2013 and currently maintain a sole practice focused in the areas of business law, including mergers, acquisitions and divestitures, partnership law, wills and estates law and trusts law (excluding tax advice). I can provide advice regarding the Cayman Islands as an offshore jurisdiction. |
