We used Synergy to incorporate a professional corporation on a recommendation from our accountant. Our experience is that they are able to get the job done, but timeliness is sometimes an issue, especially around invoicing. On the topic of invoicing, fees were not disclosed to us beforehand, so taking both the delayed invoicing plus "we don't know what services we are ultimately paying for", you can get some fairly unpleasant surprises. In winding up our company, they mailed the invoice to our defunct address. Nearly seven months later, we receive an email stating we had not paid! Naturally, we paid immediately upon reviewing our records, but the whole process seemed hardly professional. While no major concerns otherwise, I would probably not use again given the choice.
Never not about money, it is always about the respect and support you get as a client.
