Called about my order of Lawnmower a few times as I did not received it on time. It was only Omar Bishop who helped me traced my order. He was quick and spent a lot of time tracing my order. Called on May 20 and received my lawnmower the following day.

Hopefully, all the other customer service representative in Walmart is like you, dedicated, professional, polite and will do the extra step in providing good service to the customers.
