I missed a package and went to pick it up from this location and had the pleasure of talking to the Filipino gentleman with glasses (don’t know his name).
He was lovely, offered some advice on what to do next time I miss a package so it’s an easier pick up for me. Just perfect experience overall!
Place is clean and brightly lit. Has convenient self serve drop off service right when you enter. Just scan your package, drop it in the carousel and you are done. It also prints a receipt to confirm that you have dropped it off. Much better than those other drop off locations (in Staples, etc) where it's just a box and no scanning is done.
I despise Purolator delivery people. They never feel like getting out of their truck to actually deliver my packages or even leave a note informing me where to pick it up at even if the package dose not need a signature and can be left at my door so I give -0 stars to them. But Bernie from the pick up location was phenomenal, he was so helpful and kind! I am ONLY giving this company 5 starts because of Bernie. The world needs more people like him. Bernies service was definitely a 5/5!! Thank you for helping me with finding my package! Purolator please give this man a raise.
The delivery guy who was supposed to leave my package at my doorstep that didn't for some reason gets a 0 star but Bernie from the Purolator pickup location was amazing! He was very kind and extremely helpful! He helped me find my package even when i could not locate the tracking number since the delivery guy did not even leave the delivery note on my door. his customer service was an 11 out of 10! Thank you Bernie!!
