I felt overcharged for my first consultation. The service I received was below what was stated/promised to me. My files were sent well ahead of time as requested but were not reviewed until the actual meeting. It was hard to get ahold of anyone. My meeting was supposed to be video but was also cut to just a phone call due to technical difficulties, and cut short as well. I received helpful advice otherwise.
