Nicole Simes is clearly very-well educated and informed on the current state of the law in respect of both labour & employment disputes. I myself am a lawyer, and I have referred family, friends and clients to Nicole on numerous occasions. There is nobody else I would trust more to handle this sort of file. She advises clients in a clear manner, making it easier for those of us who don't understand employment law (including non-lawyers) to grasp the concepts that are applicable in a particular case.
