 Stephanie is a great mediator. I just went through a difficult separation and we used Stephanie to attempt mediation. She talked to the two of us separately to understand our point of view, our starting points and our areas of concern when trying to find an agreement. When all together we worked out the issues that were amicable. When we hit a contentious topic, she did not allow us to bicker and separated us to discuss the matter with each of us individually and come to a compromise without an argument. We came to a signed settlement within 3 months of separation. I feel the process found a fair compromise within a very short time frame and avoided the costs and stresses of going to court. All in all I would recommend Stephanie as an effective mediator and I am very happy she was able to help us through such a difficult process.
