| Description |

I had a consultation with Nadia Zaman due to changes in my company resulting in a new employee agreement. She was extremely helpful, courteous, polite, and explained the legal situation to me in simple terms. I never saw a lawyer before, and I never really heard great things about seeing one. I was worried they were going to nickel and dime me for every single thing, however they have been very fair, and answered my questions fairly. I would recommend them.

Stu Rudner is very knowledgeable and provides excellent advice.

From the moment I stepped into the offices of Rudner Law I felt very at ease. I was warmly greeted by Janise. I than met with Brittany Taylor, one of the Employment Lawyers. I liked Brittany right away. She walked me through the process, explained how she could assist me. Brittany is knowledgeable, compassionate and took every possible step to ensure I got the results I deserved. Rudner Law exceeded my expectations.

I have known Stuart Rudner for 10 years. During that time, we have developed both a personal and professional friendship. I have referred a number of my best clients to Stuart and they have been universally pleased with his services. Stuart is thorough, prompt and personable. I will continue to refer matters to Stuart and recommend him to others.

I have known Stuart for many years and when it came time to redo our employment agreements, he was my only call. He changed our simple 2 page contract to a detailed agreement that protects us and our employees and removed any doubt about our responsibilities under the current laws. We update the agreement every year to make sure it meets the current legislation and best practices. From Day 1, we had a clause to allow temporary layoffs. I had no clue at the time why Stuart included it in the agreement, but based on the current COVID-19 crisis, I'm glad that he proactively protected us by thinking ahead.
