Ms. Kainth was VERY professional and compassionate, and helped to allay my fears about any possible issues that could arise from my separation. No one wants to fight a custody battle, let alone one that takes place across provinces; however, working with Mr. Heinrichs definitely took a huge weight off our shoulders.
I never had the opportunity to meet Mr. Heinrichs face to face, but he worked tirelessly with us over email and phone. He answered every question, twice and ensured that we were over prepared for every court hearing.
