| Description | Irene graduated from Thomas M. Cooley Law School in Lansing, Michigan in 2013. Prior to attending law school, Irene graduated from the University of Toronto, St. Michael’s College, with an Honours’ Bachelor of Arts degree, having majored in European History and minored in Political Science and Philosophy. During her final semester of law school, Irene completed an externship at a mid-sized Toronto firm in its Creditors’ Rights department, working with both secured and unsecured creditors. Upon completion of the examination process of the National Committee on Accreditation, Irene worked as a law student, as well as an articling student, for a sole practitioner in Toronto’s east end- practicing in the areas of family law, estates and real estate law. It is during this time when Irene developed a genuine interest in family law. Upon her call to the Ontario Bar in 2017, Irene started her own practice and simultaneously contracted with a boutique firm in Mississauga practicing family law primarily, as well as in the area of wills and estates. After one year, Irene made the decision to close her practice and focus her attention on her work at this boutique firm, at which she worked for 2 years gaining ample experience in family law. Irene unquestionably enjoys working in family law because she believes it is an area of practice where she is able to make a positive difference in her clients’ lives. She focuses on resolving matters in a quick and amicable manner in an effort to achieve a fair and reasonable result. Irene enjoys spending her spare time with her family and friends, usually binge-watching the latest “it” Netflix series, or watching/attending a sporting event, pretending to follow along. |

Paul Buttigieg is an amazing Lawyer. He is very thorough and reasonable. With his support team namely Mildred they make dealing with Family matters less stressful. I have used his services several times during my 25 year Child Support term.
I hope to never require his services again, but if I did he is the only Family Lawyer I would call.?

I was referred to Paul Buttigieg for family law by my real estate lawyer and it turned out to be a tremendous experience. Paul offered a no-nonsense, cost efficient approach and was very easy to get along with, his secretary Mildred was so helpful as well. His pricing is extremely fair, and he's just a very humble human being, a difficult personality trait to find in a lawyer. I actually can't say enough positive stuff about Paul and his firm. In sensitive situations such as family law, it's difficult to find someone understanding who knows how to get the job done. I would highly recommend anyone to use their services.
