We where not just treated professionally, we where treated like valued guests. Everything was prompt and cordial. I have been a customer for decades and thought it was one way street, you sign cheques and they cash them. This claim has made me realize they are serious about looking after their customers. Intact Insurance did a great job of making me feel at ease and making sure I had all the information I needed after being involved in a collision earlier this year. This was my first time dealing with this sort of situation, so I was completely unfamiliar with the process and wasn't sure what steps to take. The agent I worked with made sure I knew what was going on every step of the way and took great strides to ensure I was set up with the resources I needed. I'm very pleased with the service I received from Intact and felt like they were on my side the entire time. Amazing experience with this company for a claim! For some reason my renewal slips didnt make it to me during my renewal period but upon contact and e-slip was sent immediately and received hard copies in the mail in a few days!
