 Initially took a while for the office to answer your enquery. Once connected, or got started, it was good and smooth with emails . I only saw Kathy in the final meeting but she answered and explained things well.

 Very thorough lawyer and best receptionist When buying and selling real estates, I made a few phone calls to short list lawyers. Not sure how it works on others, but for me, receptionist plays a determined role about where to go. Grace Guan in Zhang's law firm was great. She is detailed, organized and has a natural pleasant manner. We decided to go with them. My impression of a typical lawyer is she might rush or try to be the most efficient person in the world to optimize client turn-around. But Kathy wasn't like that. She went thru the document, when she noticed me frowning, she asked if I was stuck on a word or concept. I confessed with a yes. Then she explained the essence of the meaning, and why it was drafted the way it was. She made sure I fully understood before I signed and walked out of the door. And reassured me to call if I have any questions. It was a pleasure to deal with Kathy Zhang's caring, professional crew. Go with them for sure, did I mention the price was on the low side?
