| Description | Mara is a seasoned lawyer with 20 years’ experience in Indigenous, environmental, environmental assessment, administrative and constitutional law. Mara has a comprehensive understanding of the legal issues facing both the private and public sectors. Most recently, Mara was the first in-house counsel for the Yukon Environmental and Socio-economic Assessment Board. Before that, Mara worked for over a decade in the federal Department of Justice and for approximately two years in the Yukon Department of Justice.Mara brings innovation, curiosity, conscientiousness, energy and good judgment to every new challenge.
