He recommended a law firm that has expertise on my matter. I always respect and support hard-working people. Randy is hard working. I changed the rating to 5 stars to support him. I saw good reviews here and called this law firm. But my experience with Jeremy of this firm was not pleasant. I told the person answering the phone that my case is not employment matter and is about litigation, I was told that they can handle litigation matter even if not employment related and a lawyer would call me. Jeremy did call and I told him the same thing. He said that he mainly does employment law and asked me to send him a summary of my litigation subjects and he would try to make a referral. I did what he told me and wrote and sent him a summary. He acknowledged the receipt by text. After that, I followed up with him by texts a few times but he never responded to me. I didn't mean to be bothersome and just wanted to get a response if he can make a referral/help or not. In my view, how he ignored my several texts is not professional. It maybe a good law firm but my first dealing with its lawyer is not good.
