| Profile | Brian received his Bachelor of Law degree from the University of Western Ontario in 1978. He was called to the Bar in 1980. He received his certification from the Law Society of Upper Canada as a specialist in civil litigation in 1997. Brian has specialized throughout his career in general civil litigation and insurance law, including personal injury, products liability, occupiers’ liability, professional negligence, municipal and government liability, and employment and commercial litigation. He has assisted a number of insurance companies with policy wordings and revisions and has particular expertise in handling insurance coverage cases. He has extensive Courtroom experience having appeared before all levels of the Courts in Ontario. |
